CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order that you have placed in PINDAHMAN platform with the following condition: 

Cancellation Charges for Order With (E-wallet, Online Banking, Debit Card & Credit Card, Razer Cash) payment:

For Delivery Now:

*Cancellation Charge Amount will be deducted in the User’s E-Wallet.

For Schedule Delivery:
Note:

*Amount will be deducted in the User’s E-Wallet.

  1. User confirmed the order via PINDAHMAN with full payment via E-wallet, Online Banking, Debit Card & Credit Card or Razer Cash.
  2. Before the Driver Partner depart to pick-up location, the Driver Partner will contact User via In-App Livechat in PINDAHMAN to make confirmation with the User on the order.
  3. Upon User confirmed the order with the Driver Partner, Driver Partner shall depart and proceed to pick-up location.
  4. The User may cancel the order by clicking “Cancel” button. If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges may be applicable. By choosing to cancel the order you have agreed to the cancellation fee charged stated in the table above.  
  5. The Cancellation Charges will be deducted from E-wallet.
  6. For user “no-show” during the time for collection, it will be treated as Cancellation. The Cancellation Charges will be applicable.
  7. User can make a new booking upon the E-Wallet has sufficient amount.
  8. For “Scheduled Delivery” more than 1 day (> 1 day), the User is allowed to make changes on the scheduled > 48 hours before pick-up time.

CASH

Cancellation for Order With Cash payment

For Delivery Now:
Note:

*Cancellation Charge Amount will be deducted in the User’s E-Wallet.

    1. The outstanding amount will show in your E-wallet. User will have to settle the outstanding account before proceeding to do next booking.
    2. For all future order, the User will not be able to select CASH payment until the outstanding amount in the User’s E-Wallet is settled.
For Scheduled Delivery:

*Amount will be deducted in the User’s E-Wallet.

** For Scheduled Booking more than 1 day (> 1 day), user is allowed to make changes on the scheduled within 48 hours before pick-up time.

  1. For “Scheduled Delivery”:
  • Amount will be deducted in the User’s E-wallet
  • The outstanding amount will show in your E-wallet. User will have to settle the outstanding account before proceeding to do next booking.
Cancellation Procedure for payment with CASH:
  1. User confirmed the order via PINDAHMAN. Upon User confirm, PINDAHMAN will allocate Driver Partner to match the order.
  2. Before the Driver Partner depart to pick-up location,theDriver Partner will contact User via In-App Livechat in PINDAHMAN to make confirmation with the User on the order.
  3. Upon User confirmed the order with the Driver Partner, Driver Partner shall depart and make progress to pick-up location.
  4. The User shall pay the full amount of the order by CASH when our Driver Partner arrives at pick-up location.
  5. The User may cancel the order by clicking “Cancel” button. If you cancel your booking after 5 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) after you’ve confirmed your order, you may agree to pay a cancellation fee to continue:
    • Shall the User make the cancellation within 5 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) Procedure, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Shall the User make the cancellation after 5 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) after confirmation; there will be a cancellation fee with amount equivalent to 50% of the order worth. The amount will be charged from E-wallet.
